Hi, I'm Joe Bury your 39th District "True Change Delegate candidate" and I thank you for visiting my site to learn more about the issues, my positions, and who I am as a leader in your community.
We are embarking on a new revolution to listen to you, to represent your voice in Richmond, to take back Virginia and transform our great state into the best in the nation. We live in a richly diverse district which strongly positions us for the future.
